Paknirou

Since 2014, CNIM-MARTIN has participated in the Iranian market through the establishment of Paknirou Company. By conducting extensive studies in waste management and engaging with major municipalities and relevant government organizations, Paknirou introduced the advanced European grate-based thermal waste treatment technology for the development of waste-to-energy (WtE) power plants.

With the combined technologies of CNIM (France) and MARTIN (Germany), Pak Niroo was selected as the preferred bidder in WtE tenders announced by the municipalities of Tehran, Tabriz, and Mashhad.

Despite challenges caused by the reimposition of international sanctions, Paknirou’s continuous efforts led to a major achievement in 2023 — obtaining the license to utilize Sanfeng technology under MARTIN Germany’s authorization, enabling the delivery of European-quality technology at Chinese-level costs.
